On this 14th October 2022, at MIPC held 4th Graduation Ceremony which hosted different authorities of government and private institutions.

The guest of honor in this Ceremony was the Chief Technical Advisor to the state Minister of ICT and TVET, Eng. Gatabazi Pascal, in his remarks and congratulatory message; he emphasized on labor market where the graduates are going to compete, requested them to apply knowledge and skills gained from MIPC, and excel at work places.

On his remarks, the chancellor of MIPC, The Rt Rev. Dr. Mugisha M. Samuel, the Bishop of Shyira Diocese, congratulated the graduates for their commitment, hard work, and requested them to remain active on career evolution and employability and taking these skills acquired to high level for making a difference wherever God leads them either in social or spiritual life.

The student representative, Mr. Ndagiwenimana Jean Marie Vianney, thanked the management of MIPC on behalf of class of 2022 graduates, and government of Rwanda for the good initiative to promote education sector particularly polytechnics which enables Rwandans and international students to gain skills that lead to their personal development as well as sustainable development of Rwanda, and the world in general.

Also the Chancellor of MIPC thanked the partners of the college and concluded his remarks by requesting the graduates to keep striving for excellence (Colossians 3:23).
